This policy explains your rights regarding cancellations, returns, exchanges, and refunds when you shop with Strikrz, including your statutory right of withdrawal under EU consumer protection law.


1. Your Right of Withdrawal (EU Customers)

If you are a consumer located in the European Union, you have the legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without needing to give any reason.

To exercise this right, you must notify us of your decision to withdraw within this 14-day period by contacting our support team. A clear statement is sufficient — you do not need to use a specific form.

After notifying us, you have a further 14 days to return the goods to the address we provide.

This right of withdrawal applies regardless of any other terms on this page. Nothing in this policy limits, restricts, or waives your statutory rights as a consumer.


2. Condition of Returned Goods

To receive a full refund, items must be returned:

  • Unworn and unused
  • In their original condition, including original packaging, tags, and labels
  • Free from signs of wear, odor, or damage beyond what is necessary to inspect the item (as you would in a physical store)

If returned goods show signs of use beyond inspection — including wear marks on soles, creasing consistent with wearing, dirt, odor, or damage — we reserve the right to deduct an amount from your refund that reflects the reduction in the item's value. In cases of significant use, we reserve the right to refuse the refund entirely and return the item to you at your cost.

This does not affect your right to withdraw from the purchase — it affects the amount refunded, in line with EU consumer protection law.


3. Order Cancellation Before Dispatch

You may cancel your order free of charge within 12 hours of purchase, provided it has not yet entered processing.

Once an order has entered processing or been dispatched, it can no longer be cancelled — but you retain your right of withdrawal as described in Section 1, and may return the item once received.


4. How to Return an Item

  1. Contact our support team within 14 days of delivery to notify us of your withdrawal or return request, including your order number.
  2. We will provide return instructions and the return address.
  3. Send the item back within 14 days of notifying us, in the condition described in Section 2.
  4. Once received and inspected, we will process your refund as described in Section 6.

Items returned without prior notification to our support team may experience delays in processing.


5. Return Shipping Costs

Unless the item is faulty, incorrect, or damaged on arrival, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

We recommend using a tracked shipping method, as we cannot issue a refund for items lost in transit during return shipping.


6. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the outcome.

  • Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method.
  • Refunds may take 5–10 business days to appear, depending on your payment provider.
  • Where a deduction applies under Section 2, the refunded amount will reflect this.
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable, except where the return is due to our error (wrong item, defective item, or item damaged on arrival).

7. Faulty, Incorrect, or Damaged Items

If you receive an item that is faulty, not as described, the wrong size or model, or damaged on arrival, contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Photos clearly showing the fault, damage, or discrepancy

In these cases, we will offer a replacement, exchange, or full refund — including return shipping costs where applicable — at no cost to you.


8. Exchanges

If you ordered the wrong size, we're happy to arrange an exchange where stock allows. Exchanges follow the same return process described in Section 4. The item being exchanged must meet the condition requirements in Section 2.

If the size or item you require is unavailable, we will offer a refund in accordance with this policy instead.


9. Non-Returnable Circumstances

We may decline a return where:

  • The 14-day withdrawal notification period (Section 1) or 7-day fault-reporting period (Section 7) has passed
  • The item does not meet the condition requirements in Section 2 and no deduction arrangement has been agreed
  • The return was not notified to our support team in advance

Declining a return in these circumstances does not affect your statutory rights where they continue to apply.


10. Delivery Timeframes

Most orders are delivered within 7–15 business days, depending on destination. These are estimates; delays caused by customs, carriers, or circumstances outside our control do not, on their own, qualify for a refund — but do not affect your right of withdrawal once the item is delivered.

If your order does not arrive and tracking confirms it is lost in transit, contact us and we will arrange a refund or replacement.
