Every pair in the Strikrz catalog is selected for real on-pitch performance. We assess each product for upper material, stud pattern, construction, and durability before it goes live. We're football boots specialists — not a general sports store that happens to stock boots.
How do I find my correct size?+
Every product page includes a detailed size guide with foot-length measurements in centimeters. If you're between sizes, we generally recommend sizing up. For personalized guidance, our support chat can walk you through the fit based on your current boots and playing style.
Which surface type should I choose — FG, AG, SG, TF, or IC?+
FG (Firm Ground) — dry natural grass, the most common choice.
AG (Artificial Ground) — modern 3G/4G artificial pitches.
SG (Soft Ground) — metal or hybrid studs for wet, muddy grass.
TF (Turf) — older astroturf and hard outdoor surfaces.
IC (Indoor Court) — futsal and indoor sports halls.
If you play across multiple surfaces, an FG-AG hybrid is usually the safest all-rounder.

Are my boots covered by a warranty?+
Every order is protected against manufacturing defects and shipping damage. If your football boots arrive damaged or show a manufacturing defect, contact us with photos and your order number — we'll replace them or offer a solution.
Orders & Shipping
Do you ship worldwide?+
Yes. Strikrz ships football boots worldwide — including across the EEA, the UK, the USA, and beyond. Shipping options and any applicable duties are shown transparently at checkout based on your delivery address.
How long does delivery take?+
Estimated door-to-door delivery is 15–20 days from the day your order is placed. This covers processing, transit, and last-mile delivery combined. Timings can vary slightly by region and customs checks. Full details are on our Shipping & Delivery page.
How do I track my order?+
As soon as your order ships, you'll receive a tracking link by email. You can also request a tracking update anytime through our support chat with your order number or the email address used at checkout.
Can I return or exchange my boots?+
Yes. EU customers have a 14-day right of withdrawal from delivery, and we accept returns of unused boots in their original condition. If sizing is off or something isn't right, contact support and we'll resolve it fast. Full terms are on our Returns & Refunds page.
What payment methods do you accept?+
We accept all major credit and debit cards through a secure, encrypted checkout, with 3D Secure verification where required. Payments are processed by Stripe.
